| NOC – Network Operations Center |

| The cornerstone of our PC Server / Network Support Services is our Network Operations Center. The NOC is the command center from which we resolve your network based technical issues and questions. We resolve 86% of all NOC calls remotely through our remote computer connection capabilities. Our remote control abilities allow us to quickly and efficiently resolve most issues. The NOC is available Monday through Friday during normal business hours ( 8am-5pm). |

| After Hours Phone Support |
| Sometimes our Clients work late and on the weekends. In the event that a user has a PC or server issue after hours, we always have an on-call technician available 24 hours a day to remotely assist. The fee for this service is built-in to the monthly support fee. |
