| Regularly Scheduled On-Site Network Maintenance |
| At regularly scheduled time intervals, PC Network Services performs on-site network maintenance. During these visits, we perform a network review, complete the Static System Statistics & Checklist, and perform network maintenance that is not practical to perform remotely. This visit also gives us an opportunity to address non-urgent IT support issues. To maximize efficiency, these regular visits are scheduled in full days. The number of regularly scheduled days per year is determined by network size and complexity. The fee for this service is built-in to the monthly support fee. |
